1. Agreement to Services

By purchasing or enrolling in WIP247 coaching services, you agree to the terms outlined here and in any supporting communications (email, landing page, or onboarding documents).

Coaching services may include:

  • Personalised training plans
  • Accountability support (e.g. check-ins, reviews)
  • Nutrition and habit guidance
  • In-person sessions and/or remote coaching

The exact service depends on the package chosen at purchase.


2. Cooling-Off Period (Your Right to Cancel)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your coaching service within 14 days of purchase if services have not started.

If you request to begin coaching within this 14-day period, you acknowledge and consent that your right to cancel is waived once delivery of the service has begun.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee in good faith. You’re entitled to a full refund if you meet all of the following:

  • You have followed the agreed programme (including check-ins)
  • You have communicated consistently
  • You feel you’ve received no value from the coaching experience

To request a refund:

  • Submit your request via email within 7 days of the agreed programme ending
  • Provide evidence of programme engagement (e.g. completed check-ins, training logs)

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is insufficient engagement or if service has been used substantially.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upfront unless a written payment plan has been agreed.
  • Coaching services are non-transferable.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in paused services.

Receipts are provided upon request. All transactions comply with UK consumer payment rights.


5. Pausing, Cancellation & Termination

You may request to pause or defer coaching due to injury, illness, or personal circumstances — requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for partial use unless agreed prior to purchase.

Coaching may be terminated without refund in the event of:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Repeated lack of engagement
  • Breach of agreed terms or conduct policy

6. Your Responsibility

By purchasing WIP247 coaching, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years old
  • You are medically cleared for physical activity
  • You agree to disclose any injuries or health conditions that could affect your training
  • You understand that results vary based on effort, consistency, and individual factors

7. Limitation of Liability

WIP247 and its coaches will not be held liable for:

  • Injury, illness, or loss resulting from failure to follow provided guidance
  • Actions outside of our control (e.g. gym closures, medical incidents)

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, in accordance with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

WIP247 is compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • Personal data is collected solely for coaching purposes
  • Data is stored securely and never shared or sold
  • You have the right to request, access, or delete your data at any time

9. Amendments to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to services, pricing, or legal obligations. All clients will be notified of material updates before they take effect.
